DoD Program & Logistics Management

Mission Readiness, Mission Success.

I do hard work — navigating complex requirements, managing constrained resources, and delivering real support to the warfighter. My focus is always on mission readiness.

About Me

Senior counsel across the full defense lifecycle.

With over 20 years of active-duty military service and an additional 15 years of post-military experience, I leverage my knowledge, skills, and expertise to support your program’s success. Having served as both an end-user and a decision-maker, I possess a comprehensive understanding of the steps needed to navigate the requirements process and establish clear expectations for program outcomes.

My experience spans the entire lifecycle of defense programs — from initial planning and development through acquisition, sustainment, and disposal.

Training

04 —

Training

Enhance decision-making, build team confidence, improve overall performance, and develop a strong strategic vision.

“Start with the end in mind.”

Long-term goals remain fairly consistent — it’s poorly chosen actions today that undermine readiness for years to come. I integrate strategic vision with day-to-day operational processes, applying data-driven analysis to ensure that final products provide the right support, at the right time and place.

Why Work With Me

End User Perspective

Over 20 years of active duty taught me what warfighters actually need — not what looks good in a requirements document. I know what it means to operate in a resource-constrained environment where the stakes are real.

Leadership Experience

I’ve led in both active duty and civil service roles. I know when to push decisions up the chain and when to exercise authority — and I expect the same disciplined judgment from the teams I support.

Acquisition Insight

Hands-on experience across design, procurement, and sustainment of maritime and shore-based systems. I know what the regulations require, when deviation is warranted, and how to defend that position.

Forward Looking

Poorly chosen actions today can adversely impact combat readiness for years. I bring a long-term perspective to every engagement — 80% of perfection is often good enough to move forward, but it has to be the right 80%.

I’m ready to support your project.

I have the skills that will help make your project successful, keep costs low, and provide required support for the end-user.
